Film by Henry Wolfe III Talent Show Performer The plot of the movie is that REC MAN is trying to save his beloved center from closure and he must fight two entities out to destroy him: Lawrence Billburn a corrupt city official and the Out Cold Boyz or O.C.B. a dangerous street gang that he has enlisted to help him close the center and destroy REC MAN. Ultimately, James gets help from, co-workers, friends and a group of lady undercover cops dubbed: "The Babydolls" to help him fight Billburn and the gang, but will it be enough to save the center and his life?
