Her award winning debut feature, WEDDING PALACE opens on September 27, 2013 in LA, NY and Hawaii. [See ] The 1st US-Korea independent co-production, the film was shot on location in Los Angeles and Seoul, Korea and bridges a Korean American Hollywood cast and an award winning S. Korean actress in her English debut. In addition, Yoo directs and produces online content for Yogurtland Franchising. In 2012, she was a director for the NBC Diversity Showcase. Prior to directing, Yoo worked as a screenwriter in the US and Korea. Credits include Afro Samurai, for SpikeTV/Fuji TV starring Samuel. L. Jackson. She is currently in post-production on Kpop Brings Peace to the Middle East, an original documentary about Korean entertainment in the Middle East.
