Our own absence, the lack of attention to our brothers and sisters living in the Northeast of Brazil and in so many other places around the world, reveals how absent we are from our own human family. In fragments of absence, we witness the story of a family that, thanks to the care of a man and his community, no longer lives with the absence of water as a reality. Now, “they no longer ask anything of God, for they have everything,” according to one of the interviewees. Yet, as they recount their story and narrate the pain of a recent past, they present the present reality of so many others who still suffer from absence.

The Last Light: Seven Sins (2024 - 2025)

However, minutes before the shoot begins, the model's body is discovered in the dressing room. The photographer decides to persuade his team to continue with the photoshoot, even with the model dead, while they face their moral dilemmas.
