About Rick
Film composer Rick Holets hails from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Rick’s musical experience includes 18 years of classical and contemporary piano training and performance with mandolin and guitar as a member of the Desert Skies folk band. In recent years, Rick has devoted his study to the art of composing music for film.
When he is not writing music for a new film, Rick can be found spending time with his wife and baby daughter, designing new furniture and gadgets for the studio, or working on his cars. Striving to realize the highest standards of beauty and excellence in music is only one of the ways he seeks to glorify God, acknowledging that without His grace, all would be lost.
