Caitlyn Goodhue

I am a junior in the Honors Program at the University of Delaware, where I am a pursuing a double major in Mass Communication and Spanish Studies. Having a career in television production is my dream; I would be ecstatic to work on a show in any way possible.

I have been interested in Communications since high school (and even received an award in a Multimedia/Communications class). At the University of Delaware last semester, I was inducted into the Lambda Pi Eta National Honor Society of Communication. I was chosen to act as Production Manager for two shows with E-52 Student Theater at the University of Delaware, and I've also acted in two shows ("Macbeth" and "Twelfth Night") with E-52 so far. In addition, I am Hair and Makeup Chair for E-52 Student Theater. I am also training to be an Oral Communication Fellow and will soon be assisting undergraduate students with public speaking and presentation skills.

I just returned from studying abroad in Australia, where I had an eye-opening time experiencing a similar yet unique culture. I was grateful to be chosen as a recipient of the Global Citizen Scholarship for this program; as a winner of this award, I enjoyed posting a weekly blog to the University of Delaware Study Abroad website ().
