bomb shelter prepare to sail across the Gulf of Mexico
to a Caribbean island. They must escape the fallout and
mutations. They run across a madman and mutated animals
on their approach to the coast of Texas looking for a
yacht.
After finding an abandoned yacht, they set sail for a
Caribbean island until a strange superstorm pops up.
Trying to escape the sinking yacht, they see flashbacks
of the sins they committed before drowning.
They wash up on a Caribbean beach assuming they survived
and head into the mainland where they meet a strange
tribe of natives. The natives invite them to their
sanctuary for shelter. Strange things, like hallucinations
start to happen causing the family to no longer trust the
natives. They head deeper into the island.
All members begin to vanish seperately, finding themselves
in their own purging from from sin by attacks from
abominations. Each member of the family is killed and
find themselves back on the beach. The process continues
to repeat until the family realizes what is happening.
They begin to realize that trying to resolve the problem,
involves forgiving themselves and having faith. In time
they must face the greatest challenge of their faith, to
