Raffaella Piccirillo

Hi! I'm Raffaella Maria Piccirillo, an Italian singer-songwriter, certified music producer, sound engineer, and visual storyteller born and raised in Cremona. My career spans over 20 years across music, video, and digital arts. I'm also listed on IMDb for my work as a creator and director.

In 2014, I participated in Italy in a Day – Un giorno da italiani, the Italian-British documentary directed by Academy Award-winner Gabriele Salvatores and produced by Ridley Scott. The film was selected for the Out of Competition section at the 71st Venice International Film Festival.

My discography includes Fragments of My Dream (2012), which won an Akademia Music Award, and Angels of the Silence (2016). My 2017 acoustic album Virtual Puzzle featured Nel Vento, a music short officially selected by Dadasaheb Phalke Film Festival (India), MoziMotion (Netherlands), and Pinewood Studios (UK).

In 2021, I released AIRAM R. – the other SIDE of me, an EDM/visual concept, and joined the global charity project We Will Overcome. The track My Identity from this project was officially selected for screening at The Paus Premieres Festival 2021, showcasing innovative independent music video content.

My 2025 single Untold Story (Acoustic Version) explores vulnerability through minimal soundscapes. I am also the official Italian representative of ISSA (International Singer-Songwriters Association) and a 2025 finalist in four ISSA Awards categories, including Sound Engineer and Rising Star.
