Emmy-winning Producer Turned Hypnotherapist | Supporting Creatives Through Anxiety, Burnout & Creative Blocks

I’m an Emmy-winning producer and former creative director with a long background in film, commercials, and branded content. I got my start at Propaganda Films and eventually became creative director at Biscuit Filmworks, working on countless commercial campaigns and visual storytelling projects.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate on major productions like Netflix’s Watership Down and Warner Bros.’ 300: Rise of an Empire, as well as a wide range of award-winning commercial work.

After a personal health journey that deeply changed my path, I became a board-certified medical support and clinical hypnotherapist. I now work with a diverse group of clients and am especially passionate about supporting creatives — actors, writers, musicians, and others — who are navigating performance anxiety, burnout, imposter feelings, and creative blocks.

With one foot still in the creative world and the other in the healing space, I love helping artists reconnect with their confidence, clarity, and creative flow.
