With a background in project management and a deep appreciation for structure and character-driven storytelling, she’s passionate about helping writers turn their wildest ideas into powerful, grounded scripts. She previously worked at Invention Studios, supporting talent across Africa and beyond, and steered the ship at a women-led storytelling company in Uganda - Bad Mama Jama Films. Vanessa is always on the lookout for fresh perspectives and fearless creativity.
