About Brittany

Growing up around women who had worked in front of the camera, definitely played a big part in me choosing this field. As a kid, I did various extracurricular activities involving performing, but freshman year of high school was when I tried theater + had my first big movie audition. I remember thinking, "If this is how good it feels to get short listed and a callback, then imagine what it would be like actually booking!"

Now with 25 years of industry experience later, I've had the honor of being in projects that played at Cannes, Sundance, and Tribeca. These environments made me realize I love attending film festivals just as much as making motion pictures. Being around other creatives I could potentially collaborate with, while celebrating the arts, felt like home, so when asked to be a moderator for Stage 32 it seemed like the perfect opportunity to extend on that experience. I'm so excited to be a part of this online film community where we can learn and evolve creatively!

For any productions needing an extra hand: I know not every story has a tall, curvy, red head in the script-so big fyi, I do enjoy being behind the camera just as much as in front of it. In the past I've helped actors with character coaching and developing their own projects, as well as first time filmmakers in festival runs and pitching for distribution. I've also done just about all crew positions on set as day jobs between acting gigs, & am very happy to travel for work.
