A former U.S. Navy Oceanographer, William has written a novella, numerous magazine and newspaper articles and four one-hour scripts on spec for a direct-to-syndication television series (unproduced). He currently has several ongoing projects, including one that was named to the Coverfly Red List on June 4, 2025 as the #8 Science Fiction one-hour tv pilot on Coverfly. He is an Executive Producer of a short film shooting in Los Angeles in July 2025 for release in December, and is preparing to relocate to Southern California.
