I'm the author of the Empire Forge fantasy series, published by Thieves Guild Publishing, and a career economist with a passion for storytelling that blends myth, legacy, and psychological complexity. I’m currently developing Hex, a supernatural thriller and dark academia drama in the vein of Supernatural meets Lovecraft Country—or Buffy the Vampire Slayer (which I love), without the camp.
Set at an elite New England liberal arts college, Hex follows Noah Longfellow, a professor of Occult Studies burdened with a supernatural gift: he can see demonic influence in others. He assists local law enforcement with cases involving the occult while uncovering a dark family legacy—his ancestors made a Faustian pact with a demon who still walks among them, now disguised as Maplewood College's own Dean Trumbull. Noah’s struggle is to solve mysteries and free his bloodline from a century-old curse.
I'm currently seeking a writing collaborator to help bring this story to life for television—someone with a love for worldbuilding, slow-burn tension, and moral gray areas.
Let’s connect.
