Frank Velasquez is a writer, director and producer, who followed up his award-winning film “Borders” by securing funding to start OSK Films, a film production program aimed at increasing diversity in film. He served as Program Director and oversaw the production of each project as executive producer, occasionally writing and directing as he did on OSK’s most recent project, “The Giant Killer” (a pilot based on the book). He recently began development and pre-production on a number of scripted and documentary films, both short and feature length.
