Geoffroy Faugérolas (Geoff) is the head/director of development at Stage 32 where he oversees a comprehensive marketplace spanning multiple contests and script services while actively scouting talent, discovering projects, packaging and facilitating industry connections for a creative community of 1.3 million members.
A writer, director, and producer, Geoff also led writer advocacy, industry outreach, and packaging efforts at Coverfly, the industry’s largest database of writers and IPs. He played a key role in creating opportunities for over 800 writers and scouting specs for thousands of companies including "I Am Not Alone," the record-breaking short story sold to Netflix.
Before that, Geoff produced and directed content for major record labels, #1 Billboard artists, Academy Award-qualifying festivals, and Fortune 500 companies, earning Telly and ADDY awards. His writing credits include an episode of the original Snapchat series SOLVE and two episodes for an animated series produced by CTB, Russia’s leading production company.
Currently, Geoff is developing a one-hour drama with a showrunner. He began his career in Motion Pictures Development at Paramount, New Regency, and Lionsgate, followed by work in TV Production at Imagine Entertainment and TV International at ICM Partners.
Geoffroy is also a regular guest speaker at universities and industry Q&As. He holds an AFA in filmmaking from the New York Film Academy, a BFA in Communication & Media from Pepperdine University, and an MFA from UCLA’s prestigious producers program.
