DUST
By Nganga Njoku

GENRE: Action
LOGLINE:

In a fractured post-colonial Africa, a brilliant young strategist discovers an ancient code that could unify the continent—if he can survive betrayal, political warfare, and the ghosts of a history that refuses to stay buried.

SYNOPSIS:

In the rural village of Akumba, Oje, a brilliant but misunderstood youth, is cast out by elders who see him as a threat to tradition. Struggling to survive in the chaotic city of Preska, he becomes the unintended victim of a viral prank gone wrong, slipping into a coma after a brutal incident. His soul awakens in the Spirit Realm, where he meets Akumba, a mystical ancestor who reveals his destiny: to defeat five invisible forces—Greed, Violence, Ignorance, Myopia, and Taste—that enslave the Black race and hinder their global contribution.

Bestowed with the Ofor, a divine tool of truth, Oje fights through underworld territories, freeing millions of trapped souls. But as he forms alliances with fellow warriors and confronts the seductive traps of fame and manipulation, Oje learns that true freedom demands sacrifice, wisdom, and unity.

Dust is a powerful African epic that blends spiritual mythology, high-stakes action, and social commentary to ask one pressing question: can one soul spark the liberation of a people?
