Falling to pieces after his fiancée - the last shot at love and a regular life - is abducted, the deadliest assassin in the world assembles his fellow members of the Assassins’ Guild to help save her – and himself.

SYNOPSIS:

In the throes of romance, world-class assassin, MARCUS ELI, shops for his fiancée KATE in a lingerie shop, calls to tell her to get ready for their big date. While on the phone, Kate tells Marcus that she missed a call from a Louisiana number which stops Marcus in his tracks. After he hangs up with her, he disposes a dead body in an incinerator in a nearby warehouse. Later, a disheveled Marcus tells his fellow guild member, DAMIEN BLAKE (the British Ninja) that Kate has disappeared. Blake agrees to help the uncharacteristically distraught Marcus rescue her. At his Louisiana headquarters, UNCLE JESSE, Marcus’ adopted father and head of the Assassins Guild, addresses Kate as she lies helpless in his basement.

Marcus and Blake visit APOLLO LUCCHESE (the Information specialist) at his club. Because of the gravity of kidnapping an assassin’s fiancée, Apollo convinces them they need to get more guns around them. Their next stop is former KGB agent GRIGORI ROMANOV and his apprentice and Millennial nephew, JACK. Sensing Marcus is gathering a rescue team, Jesse sends two rookie assassins (IRIS and JUSTIN) to intercept them and test Marcus’ resolve who Marcus, Blake, Grigori and Jack deal with swiftly. But as they dispose of the bodies, they notice how Marcus froze during the fight. Apollo searches leads for who is responsible for Kate’s kidnapping.

Marcus and his team visit a Texas bar to recruit his ex-girlfriend (The Asian Cowgirl), TAMMY “TWO-GUN” KIM. At first reluctant, she agrees to help them. Meanwhile, Jesse intimidates Kate while he probes why Marcus would want to leave the Guild for her. After picking up the last member of his team, the slightly insane BINGO MACALLAN, they run into a Latino gang in a mall parking garage. Barely taking them seriously, Marcus and Tammy dispatch them without laying a hand on them. Blake notices glimpses of Marcus’ deadly talents while working with Tammy. Apollo joins them with some bad news: confirmation that Jesse is behind Kate’s abduction.

Out of the blue, while planning their next move, Marcus and The 6 receive an assignment from the Assassins Guild. After concluding that Jesse must be luring them into a trap, they agree to take the job. While The 6 formulate a plan to hit oil baron and terrorist financier, JJ RUCKER at his mansion, Jesse continues to break down Kate’s psyche, revealing his own sordid motives. The 6 discover that Rucker is guarded by former Guild member, BILLY DAVIS. To test his questionable skills, Marcus demands to take Billy one-on-one. While the rest of the team backs them, Tammy and Bingo carry out the hit on Rucker. But while Marcus fights Davis, it’s revealed that Davis is just there to pass along a message: A video of Jesse violently raping Kate.

Recovering at a safehouse, bloodied, mentally and emotionally broken, Marcus convinces the 6 that he is ready to kill Jesse himself. From all corners of the globe, Jesse gathers together the more questionably ethical of the Assassins guild around him for the final showdown. At the Louisiana headquarters, the 6 square off against MBENGA, a dangerous assassin from the Congo; MANU, huge, tattooed Samoan; KRISTINA, a leggy stripper; MR. WONG, a Chinese restaurateur and THE MCLEARY’S, five killer Irish brothers in an all-out assassin battle royale. Marcus makes his way through the melee and confronts Jesse directly. Before Marcus kills him, Jesse reveals that he has killed Kate. He needed Marcus to be driven back to the Assassins Guild to take over his own position as leader because he has inoperable cancer. Instead of killing him, Marcus paralyzes his foster father to live every last painful minute of his treacherous life.

Following his unwanted destiny, with Tammy and the rest of the 6 by his side, Marcus assumes the leadership of the Assassins Guild and inducts the protegee Jack as its newest member.
