Country boys face off with a vengeance against a new breed of Mafia this modern day spaghetti western.
SYNOPSIS:
Who is more formidable… the cowboy or the mobster?
County Sheriff Billy Wyatt’s brother Johnny is a long away country boy making his place in the ‘big smoke’ during a time when Calabrian Mob Boss Antonio Greco establishes expansive and unchallenged power in the city.
The two paths cross when a briefcase full of incriminating documents is unintentionally intercepted by Johnny. These documents reveal the ill dealings of Greco's new high speed train project intended to connect America as much as it is intended to launder money and import drugs and arms.
Johnny returns home after a near death escape from the city. The Mafia's search for the briefcase comes to the Wyatt's country doorstep. The encounter results in the murders of Billy's mother, sister and nearly his brother. This prompts Billy to call in favors from some old friends:
Guss Helmsley, a dynamite blasting swamp boat tour guide from the Florida Everglades; Roman Bertollo, former Army Ranger and farmer from Iowa; Red McPhearson, a rough necking oil rigger from Alberta; and Jimmy Hill, ex Texas Ranger, now long range trucker and fastest unknown gun in the West.
The five unite for Billy's cause, as well as to stop the mass scale injustice occurring through Greco. They seem to have nothing to lose and set out on a mission of justice in the big city- Wild West style.
As the engagement unfolds, mass corruption surfaces and leaves the chief of police subdued. The battle escalates as more people involved in the situation head for the city, including assassins from Italy and Johnny who rides in on horseback. The conflict reveals a universal truth between the country boys and their nemesis as well as the influence it has had on all of them.
When the dust finally settles, the real tough guys emerge from this modern day spaghetti western
