After surviving Hiroshima’s atomic blast, a tormented engineer must escape a city swarming with mutated survivors—before a second bomb wipes it from existence.
SYNOPSIS:
(Based on True Events)
On August 6, 1945, Tsutomu Yamaguchi was in Hiroshima on business when the first atomic bomb was dropped. Just 2 miles from ground zero, he was severely burned but miraculously survived. Disoriented and injured, he returned to his hometown of Nagasaki two days later—only to face the unimaginable again.
While reporting the Hiroshima bombing to his employer, the second atomic bomb detonated. Once again, he was just 2 miles from the epicenter. His home was destroyed, his family injured—but Yamaguchi survived. He remains the only officially recognized person to endure both nuclear attacks.

Yo Maurice Vaughan—appreciate you big time for that!
And yes! That’s exactly the vibe I was going for—raw survival with that eerie, 28 Days Later energy. You just helped me lock in the perfect comparable. Salute for that.
Glad it resonated with you—more coming soon.

Thank you! Appreciate you big time, Maurice Vaughan— that 28 Days Later in Hiroshima line is exactly the kind of energy I was aiming for. You nailed the tone. I was stuck on what to pitch, but you just helped me lock it in haha. Thanks again for the love — and for pointing out the Summer Horror Pitchfest. I’m definitely lining this one up for it. Salute to everyone supporting

You're welcome, Dwayne Williams. Glad I helped get you unstuck. And a producer, director, etc. can picture your script in like two seconds ("It's 28 Days Later in Hiroshima"). I plan on pitching at Summer Horror Pitchfest. Hope you get script requests!
