Retribution prevails when conflict diamonds are stolen to prop up a coup d' etat. 

SYNOPSIS:

Murderous ex military man Gerald Carter is a British politician with an interest in diamonds, but when he is duped by Alfonse, an Afrikan diamond thief and sold Zirconia, he flies back to the Cote d' Ivoire for the return of his stones. This event leads to the fury of Zuma, the interior minister as he uses his daughter Monique as a pawn while he seeks revenge on the very people that dare to steal from his mines.
