Romance and oneupmanship is the order of the day for actors Doris, Horace, and artist Maurice, but only one of them suffers the ultimate humiliation at a dinner party set for four people only.
SYNOPSIS:
In this two act stage play, frustrated actor and life model, Doris attempts to embark on a relationship with handsome French artist, Maurice, due to her frustrations, not only with her failing marriage to dramaturg, Horace, but her fading career as an actor. All comes to a head at a dinner party, hosted by Horace when he is set to meet a new resident playwright for his theatre. However, the night systematically fails to turn out as he would like and his demise finally gets the better of him.
