Mehmet Aksu

I'm an aspiring director and writer, born on 21 March 2000. I routinely make my own shorts to improve my craft and knowledge as a director and writer in Istanbul. I began my journey by enrolling in Bahçeşehir University's Cinema TV department. I went on to work as an intern at Netflix, the 3rd AD of the Turkish drama "Toprak ile Fidan", and backstage of the feature film "In Algorithm We Trust." Currently, I work freelance as an AD and CA for shorter-term projects until my graduation this year. With my short films, I'm aiming to reach one step closer to my dream of being an award-winning director.
