SYNOPSIS:

In the mesmerizing 3D fantasy realm of Doggy Town, where paws outnumbered feet, and talking pets coexist, a looming crisis threatens to shake the very foundation of this enchanted land. Zeebra, a charismatic leader known as The Hip Dog, spearheads a delegation to Congress to seek a New Animal Bill of Rights, angered by pet mistreatment. But as they close in on their historic moment, the air grows thick with betrayal and impending rebellion back home on the strike Day Without A Dog.

Dubeck, the eloquent and cunning parrot, once dogs' best friend, plans to take over with a secret coalition of other species trained to mimic the unconditional love and loyalty only dogs once provided.
