For this scene, we experimented with using picture-based backgrounds versus fully hand-drawn environments to explore workflow, style, and overall impact. Always pushing the process to see what best brings the vision to life.

You’ll see how rough sequences evolve into polished motion, with adjustments made along the way to improve clarity and impact.

Our team took a unique approach on this project: we started by using ChatGPT to generate creative prompts. From there, the team voted on their favorites and we created one short animation.

Cyrus recreated this video at the end of 2023 entering 2024 as part of a post-production project. All audio in this video was fully recreated from scratch, including Foley, sound design, and original mixing. The project was mixed and mastered in both stereo and 5.1 surround sound to enhance the cinematic experience. Every element—from footsteps to ambient textures—was carefully crafted to reimagine the scene with fresh sonic depth and clarity.
