Hi there! Thanks for checking out my profile : )
I'm a former Air Force Lieutenant Colonel forging a post-military career as a screenwriter. Currently a full-time student at Antioch University's MFA program for Creative Writing, working on a dual-genre degree in fiction and screenwriting. Former Fellow in the Writers Guild Foundation's (WGF) Veterans Writing Project (VWP) (Cohort '22-'23), where I got the awesome opportunity to work on a limited series titled, "Return to Hamhung" under the guidance of three mentors from the entertainment industry.
LOGLINE: Two Korean American sisters fight over how to best take care of their immigrant mother who is stricken with Alzheimer’s, as they try to figure out how to fulfill her dying wish – to be buried next to her mother in the mountains of Hamhung... in North Korea.
I'm currently a Program Coordinator for the WGF VWP for the '23-'24 Cohort and working on a 30-minute dramedy on pickleball.
I recently moved from Bainbridge Island, WA (where pickleball was created) to Los Angeles to commit full-time to writing and learning more about the film and television industry. I would love to broaden out and explore directing and voice acting.
Please reach out if you'd like to learn more!
