Carol M. Salter is an award-winning writer who independently publishes her contemporary family fantasy, dark fantasy and military 18+ Sci-Fi novels. Recently, she expanded her genre in 2023 to include fantasy picture books for younger readers. Her latest picture book, Timmy and his Magic Toe Beans, sold out at its launch in Nov 2024
Carol runs a very successful Writing Group Inspirations, plus, acts as a literary judge, works as an editor, offers free writing classes in local junior schools, and runs masterclass courses in all aspects of writing. With eleven novels published, and twelve more in progress (plus working full-time - don't we all?) she still finds times to relax and enjoy her favorite activities. Her favourite phrase, "I'll stop when I'm dead."
She loves threading elements of her real-life experiences throughout her work. You can catch glimpses of her passions from reading, motorcycles, karate, and dance, to her love of travel, chocolate and all things furry.
Unique traits: Too optimistic. Doesn't have a filter on her mouth, hence the writing - its safer. Love all things motor bike related, Kyokushin karate, Tia Chi,
