THE BOY WHO SAW TOMORROW
By Derrick Vernon

GENRE: Thriller / Suspense, Science Fiction
LOGLINE: When Jake, an autistic boy with a terrifying knack for seeing crimes before they happen, exposes a cartel secret, his father must stop a mastermind from weaponizing Jake’s visions.

SYNOPSIS:

The Boy Who Saw Tomorrow follows a gifted young boy whose quiet, misunderstood life changes forever when he begins seeing flashes of events before they happen. At first, his visions appear as nightmares — broken images, voices, accidents, danger, and moments of pain he cannot explain. But when one of his warnings comes true, the people around him are forced to face the impossible truth: this child may be seeing tomorrow before it arrives.Raised in a world where adults are too distracted, broken, or afraid to listen, the boy struggles with the weight of a gift he never asked for. His ability becomes both a blessing and a burden. Every vision pulls him deeper into fear, confusion, and purpose. While some people see him as special, others see him as dangerous, strange, or impossible to understand. His family must decide whether to protect him from the world or believe that his gift was given for a reason. As the visions grow stronger, the boy begins uncovering a larger threat connected to the people closest to him. What once seemed like random glimpses of the future slowly reveals itself as a warning — one that could save lives if anyone has the courage to believe him in time. But the more he tries to change what he sees, the more he learns that the future is not always easy to stop. Built with emotion, suspense, faith, and mystery, The Boy Who Saw Tomorrow is a powerful story about purpose, childhood innocence, family, fear, and destiny. It explores what happens when a child carries a gift bigger than himself — and when the world’s survival may depend on people finally listening to the one voice they almost ignored.
