I've got to admit...I had a chip on my shoulder when I first wrote this full-length dramedy script in 2022. (It was at a time when I'd become disenchanted with my factory job; I retired from it that October. And I'd been thinking about all the microaggressions I'd faced in my life up 'til then.) But...this is it...a ScreenplayIQ-generated pitch trailer to tout a story about four neighboring families in today's San Diego who answer their own encounters with being on the receiving end of racist slights by enticing the perps into a sensitivity-training weekend...all to promote unity.
