This is a cartoon pitch of a cartoon series of mine called Mounties on Duty. THe series takes place in the 21st century Edmonton and it focuses on a Canadian Teenage boy named Harvey Stone who drank an energy drink that make him gain the powers of electricity and ice. Now he use his powers to go on missions with his friends for the G.M.F (Global Mountie Force) to find people who have gained super powers from comsumming the magical energy drinks and bring them to justice or recruit them for the G.M.F
