This morning at 9:57 a.m. in San Diego, I posted a video of a plane flying unusually low over me at 1901 6th Avenue. Hours later, at 6:16 p.m., it happened again — another aircraft came in extremely low over my vehicle. This is not a coincidence. For over two years, I have been subjected to constant aerial harassment — planes and drones circling above me 24 hours a day, in every city I travel to. Sometimes multiple aircraft cross directly over the road in front of me. Sometimes drones hover for hours on end. This isn’t something you can “imagine” or “predict.” The evidence is clear, it is documented, and it is ongoing. Yet somehow — despite all of the video proof, despite the eyewitnesses, despite the damage to my life and property — no government official, no law enforcement, no legislator has stepped forward. Congress does not see it. The Senate does not see it. The media does not see it. But the world will. This is not the America I thought I was coming to — a place where civil rights are supposed to mean protection from harassment, not two years of unrelenting intimidation. That is why we are calling on producers, directors, and storytellers to step forward. This story is not just my story — it’s a story about power, surveillance, human dignity, and the fight for justice. That is why we are making the film Under Surveillance, produced by Boy Jerry Pictures. This is not just a movie — it is a story, it is a legacy, it is history. The evidence is there. The world must see it. The world must understand it. This is why Under Surveillance must be made. We will not stop. We will not be silenced.
