Under Surveillance: Birds as Weapons

Under Surveillance: A True Story That Demands to Be Told For two years, I have been stalked and harassed in ways that defy belief. This isn’t just about helicopters, drones, or people following me — it goes deeper. Wildlife, ambulances, trucks, and even strangers in public have been weaponized against me. The pattern is always the same: Ambulances blasting sirens as they pass me. Truck drivers deliberately hitting their air brakes right beside me. Strangers shouting my name or profanities in places I’ve never been before. Private matters about my lawsuit repeated by people I don’t even know. And yes, even birds and wildlife appearing on cue, in ways too precise to be dismissed as coincidence. Just this week, I went to Balboa Park — one of the largest parks in San Diego. The park was empty, not a single bird in sight. I parked and waited. Within minutes, one lone bird flew past every other car and landed directly beside mine — the only car belonging to the very person who has been speaking out about birds being used as tools of surveillance. What are the odds of that? This wasn’t random. The bird positioned itself in a way where a hidden camera could capture the inside of my car. Once again, the harassment adapted to my movements. Once again, the pattern repeated itself. This is why my story must be told on film. Under Surveillance is not just another movie — it is the first of its kind. A shocking look into harassment, vectoring, and technologies the public has never been allowed to see. From drones and helicopters to wildlife surveillance, from staged noise harassment to psychological warfare, the truth will finally be exposed. We don’t need Hollywood gatekeepers to validate this story. We need bold directors and producers willing to take proactive steps, secure funding, and bring this film to life. The world must see what has been happening in the shadows. This is not entertainment. This is a wake-up call. Under Surveillance is already in production — and it will change everything.
