Regarding The Indian Film "Chal Halla Bol Hello Sir, . We are the indigenous people of India. We are few, and we do not have freedom of expression here. The government of India does not provide us with funds to make films that tell our stories and share our sorrows. There is a Film Development Corporation here, which only helps Brahmin directors and producers. Also, there is a Censor Board here, its chairman is mostly from the Brahmin community, and they do not give us Dalits a chance there. Capitalists do not invest capital to make films about our subject. Therefore, even though we make films from the public sector, our films are not censored. We are not allowed to get theatres. Therefore, we have started a movement called People's Movie. The first film of this movement is 'Chal Halla Bol', which was made in the public sector. The Censor Board has also refused to give a certificate to this film in India and banned its release. We do not have the money to fight against the censors, so we are collecting donations by showing the film in villages and Buddha Viharas. We, Dalits, tribals, minorities, Muslims, poor, workers, farmers and women, have come together and started a movement against this dictatorship. We want to take this film to the national and international levels through the festival and ask for help in our fight. Dalits, tribals, Muslims, minorities, poor, farmers, workers and women, we are coming together and fighting against Brahminism and capitalism. This is the situation of our film. After reading all this, how can you help us? Can you include this film at your festival for free? Can you dub this film and release it internationally? Can you give this film a good OTT? Can you get support from a big organisation for us? Or tell us what we can do? Please guide us.
