As a "Replacement Child," I carried a weight few understand. By age three, I was in a residential school; by thirteen, I was homeless and survived a brutal abduction at knifepoint in the mountains. For forty years, I lived in the shadow of my trauma and my physical limitations. But my story didn't end there. I returned to the mountains where I nearly died to forgive my attacker, reclaiming my voice and my life. Today, I am the CEO of BGW FILM STUDIOS and the founder of the Indigenous Success Stories Franchise.
