When she secretly doses her friend with psilocybin mushroom tea, she leads her into the heart of the islands’ most brutal tradition: the grindadráp, where whales are driven to shore and slaughtered in a ritual that stains the sea red. As fog engulfs the coastline, perception fractures. Sound distorts. The boundary between body and landscape begins to dissolve. Something follows them home.
