A dystopic, modern western, Sheriff Angelina Saint Cloud is in charge of a mid-western town where half the populous wears clown make-up at all times. She must keep the peace between the 'Clownies' and the 'Norms'. Not an easy task, especially after a dead clown is dropped off on the city limits.
