Justin Dye, Heritage Elementary charter school principal for eight years decided on a career in education while working in childcare at a young age. He stayed on this path and started out as a second-grade teacher. Soon after taking this position, he was promoted to title 1 coordinator and then to vice principal. He earned his master’s and then achieved the principal position.
