An attempt at minimalist science fiction, inspired by the works of Harlan Ellison, notably "I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream." Donald lives a life of absolute solitude. Only allowed to go outside for groceries. The only one he calls friend is an authoritarian voice known only as "The Computer." Donald faces a life altering day where he needs to choose to break free, or succumb to the manipulation. Accepted into the Twin Rivers Media Festival in Asheville, NC.
