The short story takes place in a grim post apocalyptic world, where civilization has fallen to Sirens (Zombies) and what's left of humanity, suffers from starvation. A Nomadic Drifter (Nomad) treks day to day without purpose, until he finds "Hope," in a bright future, through the eyes of a child.
