Through the travels of life exists people, places, ideas, and many other variables possible to write this book. The author's distinctive style makes for an entertaining read for anyone interested in adventure, comedy, satire, music, film, languages, influence, comparative cause and effect, and other universal themes. The author is in search of the truth, even though he would be the first to admit that his brush cannot paint an objective picture for the world. Through observations, comparative and critical thinking, he can try to dissect certain questions, jabbing at conformist thoughts, attacking the status-quo when necessary (and usually quite gleefully), as well as himself with his self-deprecating humor. Selou decided to publish his first book himself (as well as a musical album in the Fall of 2013) so that he could maintain complete artistic control, with complete irreverence for monetary gain, as he believes the experiences are rewarding enough.
