1. If the movie captures the essence of the game, like the article says, "So no, it is unlikely the film will win an Oscar for best picture. But its ability to capture the essence of Minecraft is clearly enough for audiences, many of whom have spent countless hours exploring virtual mines, fending off zombies and creating their own fantastical worlds."
2. Like with any adaptation, the script has to be incredible
