Introduce Yourself : It's That Amy Hergest Who She Hoo-Har Again! by Agatha Hergest

Agatha Hergest

It's That Amy Hergest Who She Hoo-Har Again!

And why the frock not? I prefer skimpy dresses anyway - especially in this weather. 'phew!

As you can see, I can pen a mean'un, and that there's writin' talk, where I come from - which is handy, because where I come from the pen is mightier than the sword. And as a lesbian, I don't have anything to do with swords; my mind is quite sharp enough, given that its whetstone is an incorrigible creativity - which is almost as prodigious as my... well, never you mind that.

And whiles I am not quite Queen Mab - the "little atomies" would either need to be a team of thousands or the size of Clydesdales, or maybe both, to draw my fat capacious - I can still inspire the dreams of artists, both by my own art and, occasionally, by flaunting my very respectable never-you-minds before a session of life drawers. Or maybe my Clydesdales might heft me and my pen over the pages of a book, a blank page or a blank book, inspiring in others my fervent wish for everyone to have a happy life. Indeed, my keyboard regularly works its majick on a screenplay - Everyone's a Winner - wherein I hope to contrive a method that, through the sorcerer's accomplice that is television, everyone will be a winner. I know you want to find out more. Please form an orderly queueue.

Of course, I'm not just here for the pen, the brush and the exhibition - I also compose music. I know - is there no beginning to my talents? Everything from rock to folk to classical to choral and at least some points in between have seen me add to the catalogue. Although I wouldn't know a Behringer XENYX from a bellringer's Xanax, I am a handy one with minims, hemidemisemiquavers and five-to-the-bar time signatures, sometimes all at the same time. I've even been known to arrange for orchestras - although don't tell my doctor.

I am also an actress - because of course I am.

Well, that's me in a nutcase - although it's slightly bigger than Queen Mab's little hazelnut. Possibly the size of a small Globe x

Hi, Agatha Hergest. Great to see you again. How are you doing? How's your Action script coming along?

Agatha Hergest

It's moving along, slowly; What do you think of the first scene storyboard? x

Wyman Brent

Agatha Hergest, that has to be one of the best things I have ever read. Greetings from one music creator to another.

Agatha Hergest

Always a pleasure, darling. That little face was made for smiles and laughter x

Maurice Vaughan

Sorry, Agatha Hergest. I don't give feedback on AI videos, AI scripts, etc. Glad to hear your script is moving along though.

Agatha Hergest

What's AI? The writing is all mine, the direction is all mine. I only used the computer to visualise it, we being a visual industry. it is not the finished product, merely a pictorial representation. Are you going to not listen to Queen because they use synthesisers? Thing is, I don't have the luxury of not using AI for certain things, not having that much money, and having to take my disabilities into account too x

Maurice Vaughan

The storyboard is AI, Agatha Hergest, so I can't give feedback on it. AI and synthesisers aren't the same thing. AI is theft.

Agatha Hergest

Thing is, I don't have the luxury of not using AI for certain things, not having that much money, and having to take my disabilities into account too.Who am I stealing from? x

Maurice Vaughan

AI steals from creatives and other people, Agatha Hergest. There are a lot of free resources, like https://unsplash.com, www.pexels.com, and www.canva.com.

Thank you, Ashley, darling. I suppose you could take it in turns to love this or that more, depending what tickles your peculiar on the moment. For myself, your smile is like Cupid's arrow and, if I can help keep it there, I'll be a happy bunny - except when I can replace it with laughter and other noises of approbation x
