Hello everyone, My name is David Salzillo, and I am 24 years old. 21 years ago, I was diagnosed with "autistic disorder," and a Brown neuropsychiatrist told my parents I would probably end up in an institution. Luckily for me, that neuropsychiatrist was wrong.
Today, I am an aspiring screenwriter with 3 finished feature film and TV scripts (combined), and hopefully another feature film script soon on the way. And I recently learned that one of my TV pilot scripts, "Forget It Man, It's Afghanistan," was named a Quarterfinalist in the Stage 32 + Pathfinder Media Film & TV Comedy Contest!
Looking forward to being a part of this community with you all!

Hello Maurice,
The logline for the pilot episode is this: "When 9/11 upends a rebellious slacker's plans to enlist in the National Guard for free college, he must learn to come to terms with his decision before his imminent deployment."

Hi, David Salzillo. Forget It Man, It's Afghanistan sounds interesting. You could post your pilot episode on your profile. Producers search profiles for projects. That and networking are how I sold four short scripts to a producer. Click the gear symbol in the top right-hand corner and select “Edit profile” in the drop-down menu. Scroll down to “Loglines” and click “Add/edit loglines” to the right of “Loglines.” You can also post your script on your profile this way: www.stage32.com/loglines (near the top where it says “Add a Logline”)
