Sometimes I feel like I'm in a place where I can't even describe it in a photo. My world is like a place where I don't exist. And they look at me like they're eating me. In their reality, I don't have a place to sleep. It's a big mess. My world is completely different in 2026, with the present in sync. This world is everywhere, politics, medicine, it's a global power in the world, and so on. But how do I make this world real? Who should I write to?

Hi Shotiko Ge, if you're unsure of where to start, then start with blurbs. Write whatever comes to mind. Once you get it out and see it on the page, it will probably be easier to make sense of it.
For example, to become the Joker for the 2008 film The Dark Knight, Heath Ledger spent time in one room writing a journal as the very character he was trying to become. It started as mad scribbling, but he gave a brilliant turn on screen as a coherent (if still chaotic) character.

Almost every creator of fantasy or science fiction experiences this journey. A world is born in the writer's imagination. Then it comes alive on the page. The first readers begin to believe in it. And one day, if you're fortunate, a producer, a director, and finally audiences around the world step into that world with you.

Well said, Nurlan Kunanbaev! It's initially a hard truth to hold — that a world doesn't earn its right to exist just by being vast and imaginative. It's the quality of the stories inside it that proves it.
Which is oddly freeing, Shotiko Ge — it means you don't have to finish building the place before you're allowed to start. Michael's blurb advice is the practical version of that. One story told well will do more for your world than another hundred pages of its history ever could.
So — what's the first story you'd tell in there? Not the mythology. The one person, one bad day.

Friends, Resident Evil wasn't a big-budget movie at first, but it has become one. The release of its movies is already slow, but if I'm lucky, viewers will always watch new series.

Shotiko Ge — true, though it's worth looking at where that first film's money actually came from. Resident Evil got financed because Capcom's game had already proven the market. The IP was a phenomenon years before Milla Jovovich ever picked up a shotgun. Nobody was betting on a world; they were betting on an audience that already existed.
Which is the hard part for the rest of us. With no preexisting proof, there's nothing to point at but the work itself.
So if you want a world to travel, the road runs through stories. Write one standalone thing that lives inside it — a book, a game, a screenplay. Not a series; that's the hardest sell of the lot. Make that one succeed on its own terms, and the world earns a reason to exist beyond it.
That's usually the order it goes in. One story earns the world. The world rarely earns the story.

Shotiko Ge — I'm not sure I follow, so tell me if I've got this wrong. If you're asking why write a book at all: because it's the one form you can finish by yourself. No budget, no permission, no crew. A film needs money before it exists. A book only needs you. And a finished book is proof. It's the thing you point at when someone asks why your world deserves a bigger investment. If that's not what you meant, say it another way and I'll have another go.

The problem is that I'm writing now. I'll write 10 more books today with different stories, genres, scenes, and titles. The problem is that if I actually start writing poems, I won't be able to get them to you. It breaks my heart.

I agree with you, you're right, but my world is more likely to be a movie or a TV series. Because in 2026, people rarely buy books anymore, and in my world, there are no Poltuka Ureis, no words of wisdom, or any life experiences. This world is for entertainment, for fun, for fun, for fun, not for writing about books. This is the end of the world. I lost the book. That's why I want to find a studio right away. Shotiko Ge — sounds like you know exactly what form this belongs in, so trust that. The one thing worth doing before you approach anyone: write the pilot or the feature yourself. Not the world — the story that happens inside it, one character, ninety pages. That’s the thing a studio can actually read. Good luck with it.

Only a few old people and students read because the Internet is in fashion now. This is not the 80s and 90s where books were valued. That's why I want movies and series to be released.
