I love a scene bathed in red light! I've always embraced this level of in-camera commitment. But here's the deal... if you're going to jump in with both feet, there are some things you can do to get the most out of your setup.
DP Keven Reyes @wolfystudio delivers an excellent Aputure tutorial on how to get the most out of your red set.

And here's a quick screenshot of a young couple taking refuge in a bar during a blizzard and power outage from one of my latest pieces, with just a simple LUT applied. I didn't do everything Kevin suggests in his video (I have my reasons), but check it out and tell me what you all think. Also, please take a moment and post some of your own red set BTS! I'd love to see them!
Thanks for sharing the video, Michael Fitzer, MFA. I love a scene bathed in red light too! Blue, green, etc. too! I'm gonna write a short script that's all red, blue, or some color. Thanks.
