Some completely change the way we look at character, pacing, world-building, dialogue, emotion, or even what a story is capable of becoming.

As an author and creator, I’m always paying attention to the books that leave something behind after the final page. Not just a favorite scene, but a new way of thinking.

It can be fiction, nonfiction, fantasy, biography, philosophy, screenwriting, anything.
