Hi everyone! I’m developing an animated multiverse comedy series called The Naija Kids
The show follows ten Nigerian‑American siblings living in Queens whose scientist parents invent the QUADNAV, a machine that lets them travel to alternate realities (superhero worlds, zombie apocalypses, anime universes, LEGO worlds, Roblox dimensions, etc.). One day when theyre parents go off the work, the 10 siblings end up discovering the machine, and they activate it.
Each sibling has a strong comedic personality:
• Chikadibia – narcissistic, sassy, manipulative, insecure anti‑hero
• Chigozirim – sarcastic, uptight, scientific “brains” of the family
• Chinelo – vain, feisty, mean‑girl fashion queen
• Chianyidi – extremely dim‑witted, chaotic, happy‑go‑lucky troublemaker
• Chinonso – hot‑headed, loud, abrasive, sarcastic fighter
• Chiwete – bossy, brilliant, scheming, manipulative 8‑year‑old
• Chinedu – gentle, shy, sweet foodie with a big heart
• Chinaza – bubbly, hyperactive, fourth‑wall‑breaking cartoon chaos
• Chinua – lazy, goofy “party dude” with surprising emotional insight
• Chisom – a spoiled, manipulative, genius‑level toddler
Their parents, Samuel and Chinwendu, are loving scientists who built the QUADNAV and try (and fail) to keep the kids under control. The QUADNAV’s AI, K.A.R.E.N., is a sarcastic, slang‑using, hyper‑intelligent guide who complains constantly while saving the kids from disaster.
I’m excited to connect with animators, producers, managers, and creators who enjoy kids’ TV, comedy ensembles, and multiverse storytelling. I’d love feedback, advice, and to learn from others in the animation community. Thanks for having me here!
