I love the idea, but suggest a wording change to improve the flow (cadence, metre, poetry). How about this:
An absent-minded woman blunders into the wrong apartment to confront an identical version of herself, uncovering a parallel existence and finding the cure for her ADHD.

I love a good psychological thriller, and this is a really interesting premise. I am 100% rooting for you Sandra!
