When the violent, drug-dealing miscreant terrorising his quiet suburban neighbourhood decides to set his sights on the strange man living on the other side of his fence line, he will soon find out that fear is a two way street. 

SYNOPSIS:

Some neighbours are bad. Some are terrible. But neighbours like Ty are the worst. Loud parties, rampant drug use, hurling insults at the people living around him...no one is safe from Ty's abuse. Even those that live with him. When a strange man occupying an adjacent house seems to take interest in Ty's abhorrent behaviour, Ty sets his angry sights on him. But, as he continues to hurl insults and trash over the fence, he is taught a lesson in the true meaning of fear.
