Hauntings at a heritage house in Portland, Oregon, force the home’s broken male occupant to act.  In a genre twist, the entity of a once benevolent historical businesswoman and investigator forces the man to confront his demons, save his broken family, and turn his path of self-destruction into something meaningful.

It is always good to begin with a problem. Being rattled is not much of a problem. The problem seems to be that he has ‘demons’ and a broken family. The ghosts help him fix these problems. The logline should give some indication as to how.
