When a series of gruesome murders rocks 1952 London, a detective descended from a famed vampire hunter must join forces with her former flame to stop a sinister evil from being reborn and unleashing chaos on the city.

SYNOPSIS:

The TV pilot opens in 1888 London where Inspector Aberline confronts the mysterious serial killer Jack the Ripper in a church. It then moves to 1952 London where Detective Amelia Aberline, granddaughter of the inspector, investigates a series of strange murders with similarities to the Ripper killings. She seeks help from former flame Johnathan Van Helsing as the murders escalate and point to the possible return of a dark evil force tied to the original 1888 killings.
