After losing his mother, a lonely and awkward high school student finds solace in metal music and like-minded friends as they embark on an adventure attending a 1986 concert.

SYNOPSIS:

Set in 1986, Andrew is a 16 year old kid who desperately wants to fit in with the wrong clique. He's into heavy metal and no one don’t want him around. When Andrew is hospitalized and no one even cares or knows that he was gone, he decides life isn’t worth it.

His father tries everything to connect with his son. He gives him a bass to play and he falls in love with it. He wants to be Cliff Burton. At his most desperate he turns to music and it saves him long enough to get in with a new group of friends and his life changes forever. The power of music and friendship have the ability to save the most desperate of souls.

A love letter to the Metal scene revolving around the 1986 Master Of Puppets concert Andrew finds friends, adventure and a tribe of people who show him what friendship is all about.
